I am simply a human encountering the full spectrum of experiences in life… along the way I’ve been graced with tools and insights that make the journey smoother and keep me aligned to my life’s purpose (dharma).

My purpose is clear: to guide others along this path.

It’s like realizing that while you’re climbing up a treacherous mountain with a heavy backpack you uncover that, in fact, your backpack is filled with gold. So, while you’re still carrying the same load up the same challenging mountain your insight and perspective shifts your whole experience… it becomes more meaningful and you have more energy to carry the gold through every part of the terrain.

You are powerful, brilliant, and purposeful. You are made of gold. My gift is that I can see that in you and reflect it back to you. I am able to guide you into spaces where you see your true self and true purpose in life (svadharma), not what you believe is meant for you based on societal and external expectations and conditioning (paradharma).

Additionally, I’m a bit of a no-bullshitter what can I say I’m a Taurus. Meaning I give you practical tools and guidelines that transform every aspect of your life— physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. I ask you to make real changes in your life that support your ability to grow into the limitless powerhouse you are. Along with these tools, I facilitate embodiment practices that release trauma and stagnant energy, re-pave neural pathways, and grasp knowledge between your own hands. The teachings I’ve been taught and pass on are meant to be felt in your cells and transformed into wisdom that lives within you.

Finally, I never take you anywhere I haven’t been willing to journey to myself. I have embodied everything I facilitate. I safely and graciously hold the space for you to grow, heal, and transform through the pain. As one of my great teachers told me, “through the wound is the light.”
